DELIVERY POLICY
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers may be necessary due to temporary and regional availability issues. If this happens with the gift you have selected, our skilled florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement are preserved and will only substitute fresh flowers of equal or higher value. While we strive to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, we cannot guarantee exact timing.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information. We will not issue refunds for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information (including door codes) provided by the customer.
In cases of extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on the specified date and time. If delivery is not possible due to such conditions, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot cancel or change orders that have already been delivered or are en route. To cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for other orders, please call our shop directly. We do not accept cancellations or change requests via email.
If you are not satisfied with the service or the flowers delivered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All charges for orders placed on this website will appear on your payment statement as Flowers of Marietta or Relentless Optimism LLC, which bills your payment method at the point of sale to ensure work can begin on your order.
After clicking “Place Order” during the checkout process, Relentless Optimism LLC will attempt to secure authorization. If there is an issue securing authorization, you will be notified and prompted to use an alternative payment method.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will appear upon completion of checkout. Confirmations will also be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
